Girls on Track is a program for girls in middle school that instills self-esteem and strong values through health education, life-skills development, mentoring relationships, and physical training. This program is an excellent opportunity for girls in middle school to learn about self-respect and making healthy choices.
Girls on Track is an after-school program that meets twice a week and combines physical activity along with life lessons to help prepare young girls for the challenges that they will face as they go through life. During each after-school session the girls will participate in activities that deal with topics ranging from body image to dealing with cliques in school. Each week the girls will participate in a workout that will include stretching and running/walking around the track which will help them prepare for the ultimate goal of participating in a 5K!

Group Announcements Fall SessionThe fall session of Girls on Track will begin the week of Septemeber 14 and run through the week of Nov 22nd.
The 5K that the girls will participate in is scheduled for Sunday Nov. 21. GOT will meet every Monday and Wed. from 3:45-4:45. RegistrationFall registration forms are due to Mrs. Speed by Friday, Sept. 10. Registrtation forms can be found at the bottom of the page in the "group files" section or can be picked up by the front office of the school.
Scholarships are available and can be found below as well. Please complete the information and return it with the registration form to Mrs. Speed.
